The knife is very thin and very sharp works great dicing up sweet potatoes, which is what I needed it for because I cook my dog her food. All the other vegetables are frozen, but I get fresh sweet potatoes and peel them and dice them and this knife goes through them like butter. Just wish it came with a plastic safety sleeve because it’s so sharp and fine. I don’t want the edge to get nicked bouncing around in my drawer. Very comfortable to use, and that slight bow shape really helps with cutting.

The knife is well ballanced, razor sharp and makes trimming and cutting so easy. I bought one for my kitchen, and after using it, bought another one for my jerky making area. It is my go to knife. Best knife for the money

I liked this knife so much I bought 7 and gave them out for gifts. Of course I kept 1 for myself.This knife is RAZOR SHARP! I love the bullnose shape. You can push or pull to cut depending on your meat positioning on the cutting board.The sharpener works good but make sure your knfe is clean before using. I wash it by hand and dry with a towell immediately to avoid possible rust deposits forming.The Sharpener (silver is coarse and white is fine) It is not necessary to use the coarse too many strokes. I used the sharpener on another pearing knife and it sharpened it well without any trouble.

Knife feels great and is very sharp. We will see how long the edge lasts. But I am very pleased overall. Only complaint is it needs to come with a plastic blade cover or sheath. I had to buy one that I hope fits. You definitely do not want this knife in the drawer without one.

Yea yea, it's not a "boning" knife, but it is. When you cook 7-8-9 pound rib roasts and need to get to work, this style knife works great. The handle is stout enough to endure heavy cutting the blade dimensioning is also perfect for roasts. We've got 2 of these at this point because we like them so much.
