How do you store plantain? I don't want them to ripen too quickly. Thanks

Hello there several ways...depending on what you are cooking you could start the cooking process and then freeze them. I;É fried plantains, mashed plantains... But to keep them green I usually keep them out for like a day or two then put them in the fridge to shock them and then leave them out again. But which/however you decide to go just know you prolly have a maximum time of maybe a week. Before the start to begin ripening or worst going black and damaging. Good luck! Also know that these came with the stem part clipped which already makes it harder to keep for longer
