This is a perfect tablet for older women who are struggling with nerve cramps especially during the night. I would recommend breaking the tablet in two and taking one piece every night. Half a tablet is sufficient. Highly recommended

what are ingredients inside the tablet like fillers, binders, sugar etc ? why it is exceeding daily limit (max.450-500 mg)?

It is chelated magnesium glycinate. Each tablet contains 340 mg magnesium, rest of the portion is the amino acid glycine which comes chelated with the magnesium ion. You can't get the 340 mg magnesium ion alone. It has to be combined with some other chelating ions that makes the total weight way more greater than 340 mg which is 2400g in this case.

How mg there per tablet?

I am finding this tablet very useful to address night ccramps. However, the tablets are large. So, breaking them in two and taking one half every night has helped much with unbroken, cramp-free sleep. Highly recommended.
