Used for pre diabetes. Pleasant & clean taste and smooth. Not earthy as in another brand. Will purchase again.

Product tastes like a green plant product not using it for entertainment, but it did its' job

I found I needed to strain this tea with a coffee filter, otherwise the ground plant particles made it irritating to swallow down my throat. There is NOT an extremely noticeable taste and the taste is NOT offensive.For the price of this product, I could purchase a 90 day supply of prescription Metformin and Glimepiride, so I suppose as far as efficacy is concerned, your prescription Metformin and Glimepiride will due a much better job controlling you blood glucose than this product will do.

I have a slightly elevated BS level.So I have tried this as a relaxing hot drink.My BS is now in the acceptable range- I’m happy I bought this.

I really like this product. It is helping me feel much better and the numbness in my legs and feet are disappearing

Sorry but that is what this product, tastes like. Does not seem to work at all. Have used other suppliers' Costus and it tastes very different and there were measurable results, i.e. glucose readings. Thanks for opportunity to rate.The package came timely.
