Very good product. I wired these directly into my bathroom light with the correct plugs and transformer supplied so can turn the light up while shaving and dim down while in a hot bath listening to music, so very convenient and costs next to nothing to run. Also have these same lights around my living room ceiling and have the dimmer switch by my chair to turn down while watching TV, again when turned up full, there is plenty of white light in the room to read and write, very good for the environment and saves on electricity. Tried some other LED lights in the living room but had to take them down as the remote signal from my TV also activated the lights, very frustrating, so hoped to take down those lights and use them in another room, no way hosay, they were stuck so well, they just broke apart, so £70 lights went in the bin. If you bye lights with remote, plug them in and turn them on first and use any remote in that room to see if there is and conflict with the remote signals, could save you money having to take them down. The only disadvantage with the lights l have now is the dimmer switch must stay by the plug so l can’t move my chair to another part of the living room, which is why l hoped for a remote system.

I wanted bright white lights for the underside of the top cupboards on a newly built unit, to shine down onto the work surface I intend to use for sewing. Does the job well but far more than I needed. Can be cut to length but not sure whether the unnecessary bit can ever be used.

This is the third set of lights we have received and they have not worked! The first set none of the lights worked, second set approx. half of the lights worked and this set around a third of them work! Must be a faulty batch and intent be reordering

I got these for adding some light to where my model railway is. This gives you plenty of options of where you want to add light due to their self adhesive backing. Sticks well to old wooden beams.
