I liked the ingredients, especially the elderberry in this Vit C /zinc combo supplement.I prefer to take as little capsules as possible so its very convenient to take these 2 together when you need a little extra C/zinc to boost your immunity and add to your regular regimen. Elderberry!!!
My mom gets sick easily with any drastic weather changes and has been taking many different supplements and vitamins for years.
