Happy camper
Good product, keeps the moisture out of my 5th wheel Rv, and the added air purification is a plus

Excellent customer service
It worked for about 18 months and then just stopped. I contacted customer service and they sent me a brand new one! We use it in our camper when the camper is parked at our house. It works great. We let it drain into the sink. It makes a big difference.

The Q10 Works as advertised, but expect less efficiency in a lower-humidity environment.
SETUP AND OPERATIONIt took me just a few minutes to unpack and set up the Q10. The purifier filter, with a loop for easy removal slid easily into its compartment. The unit has four sensitive soft-touch buttons:—Air Purifier. Turns the unit on and begins air purification.—Dehumidification. Starts the dehumidifier.—Fan Speed. Switches among settings of low, medium and high.—Timer. Selects an operating time of two, four or eight hours. You can run the air purifier independently of the dehumidifier. One filter is included in the package.EXPERIENCEI got this unit for my 148 square foot home office where I typically work with the door closed.I use voice recognition software to enter text into documents, and sometimes join online meetings, so I was concerned about operating noise. With the unit on and the fan set to low, I could conduct a normal phone conversation. At the medium setting, it was challenging to hear to a caller well, and my voice software had some recognition errors due to the extra background noise. Given the way I work, I decided to run the fan on low during the day — and when needed for dehumidification, at medium or high speed overnight or when not using my office. The tank was easy to empty; shut the unit, remove the tank and gently pull the cover up to open it. There is a connection for an optional hose to drain water into a container instead of into the tank, though I didn’t need to use this feature.Watching my hygrometer, running the unit fan on low during the day typically reduced the humidity from around 65% to around 61%. After setting the fan on high to run for eight hours overnight, collection results improved somewhat. My rating considers the amount of moisture removed, operation noise — and overall product ease-of-use.Notes:1. Outdoor temperatures have been unseasonably cool the past few weeks in Northeast Ohio, so humidity levels have also been lower. If we get a warm snap before the cooler autumn temperatures set in, I’ll post an update about the dehumidification performance. (Users in higher humidity climates should experience better dehumidification results.)2. As of this posting, the unit had not yet collected the 750 ml. of water needed to trigger the auto shut off feature.3. The filter should be wiped periodically, but should not be washed or used beyond the recommended three to six months. When the filter needs to be changed, the power indicator light should flash orange, though that hasn’t occurred yet. Replacement filters are sold in three-and-five packs on Amazon.

Works great!
This thing works great! I keep it running by my cat’s litter box and it gets rid of the smell so quickly. Super quiet and actually does its job! The water tank and air filter fill up and get dirty fast bc it’s small- but at least I know it’s working!

Does the job
Love that it's small and quiet, great for small room that gets stuffy. Takes out moisture but can also purify air in a room that has a closed door, also good for areas with diaper pails, and litter boxes. Small size makes it easy to place, water container slides out easily for emptying. Attractive container fits into any decor.

Stopped working after a few months!
Purchased this item and only had it work fully for a few months (2-3) until the air purifier stopped working. The dehumidifier continued to work (barely collects any water), but the air purifier light just blinks now. I emailed them multiple times as well as called their customer service but didn’t get any response. Would not recommend!

Virtually useless due to the low volume of airflow.
Very little airflow that means this tiny device does virtually nothing per dollar that a larger device will. To test this: I have several sensors to monitor (Govee and Winix) to monitor both air quality and Relative humidity. First, humidity: I began with an RH of 76.4% in a room that I had removed all devices except the sensors. Closed doors and windows. The device on MAXIMUM fan speed and dehumidification selected without a time delay shutoff. 24 hours to the minute: 1% drop in humidity! Daily outside humidity had a 1.4% drop. While a slight amount of water had been collected, this is a terrible result. I conducted this over 3 more days with the best result being 4.7% room and 3.2% outside drop in humidity. Again, a slight amount of water. At no time was the receptacle full of water by any means and emptied each "test" day. My typical TCL and Frigidaire devices (three in total) fill twice per day in other rooms (That totals 80 pints of water in other rooms of the same house). I received a bathroom cup full over several days with this unit. Per dollar spent: This device does not work well enough to purchase in my opinion. Air purification did perform better, but again the results were so poor as to not be a good purchase. Clearly, I will be returning. Burning scent candles to create a "contaminant" in the same sealed room that the WINX sensor would indicate a "red" condition. The candle burned for 30 minutes took the WINX air purifier 6 minutes to return to the "blue" safe indication. Excellent unit the purifies with a very large volume of air. Unfair to compare the airflow of these devices (so I wont)... but the amount of time it takes to clean air is important. Testing the air quality ever 15 minutes and then every 30 minutes for two 24 hour periods totaling 48 hours. The results were pretty damning. Nearly 2 hours on day one and an additional 30 minutes on day two to produce the "blue" safe level the Winix unit cleared in 6 minutes flat. I would suggest that this air purifier took so long, that the contaminate settled and thereby helped the score along to a safe level. I am not sure how much improvement this device over just waiting a period of time would have resulted in.

My clients appreciate a healthy environment.
As a mental health professional I have clients in and out of my office. It is important to me to provide a healthy atmosphere where the air is clean and noise level low. This is a great unit that does both.
