I have tried others and they made me nauseous. There is a slight hint of flavor but there is in all unflavored collagen products. If you are sensitive to this I would recommend the pill form. The pills need to be taken with lots of fluid. I did venture to the other forms with just basic collagen to the multi collagen. The multi collagen works the best. Results in stronger nail and thicker healthier hair what I noticed first. My joints are feeling much better also. I use this in my coffee, just one scoop a day. It can be used with a smoothie, in some chicken broth or soup. It dissolves best in hot liquids and mixes well with protein powder. It may feel like you aren't getting the full amount since the bottle is not completely full when you first open, but there is a 30day supply by scoop if one scoop a day is used. If you choose to use this product more than once a day then you will get less in a month.I would recommend this product.

Menopause sucks! My skin has changed and my hair is thinning. I've tried a few collagen creamers / peptides which also had "added" protein, but Sports Research Multi Collagen Powder won in the end. This powder dissolves easily and has very little aftertaste. Since it has no "added" protein or flavors, it's also low in calories and carbs. I've read that multi collagen is best especially when it includes all five types, not just one or two. This powder also contains hyaluronic acid which helps with healthy joints, which is an added benefit because along with menopause, comes arthritis! I add one scoop to my morning coffee along with some stevia and cream. Wish it wasn't so expensive but as they say, you get what you pay for. I'll update my review in a year or so if progress with my hair and skin is unaffected, but I hope for the best! 🙏

I put this in my coffee. I like that it has all the types of collagen! Mixes in very well. No aftertaste.

I just got this today, so I can't speak to the effects yet. I incorporated it into my coffee and I can't taste or smell it. (I feel like that's a big deal because I can smell things most people don't pick up on.) Smell/flavor is one of the biggest deterrents to me using a product, so I'm super excited about it.If you're on the fence, spend the money and give it a try.

Mixed a little harder than the unflavored, but still great product!

The product is good, you can mix it with water and the flavor is not bad. My only disappointment is that the container comes half empty. The company should be honest with the customer and not make us believe that we are getting more product than what we actually get. The collagen is pretty expensive and to only get half the container, I’m not sure it is worth it.

I started with a different Sports Research collagen powder, but decided to try this one because it offers more types. Both have the same taste/smell which is minimal. I do notice his one takes a little more stirring in my coffee in the morning to be completely dissolved. I am 49 years old and most people think I am in my 30's. They are shocked when they hear my age. I have been taking collagen for about a year now. I feel like my aging has slowed down, my hair and nails grow faster, and my skin just looks more refreshed. I love this stuff.
