Q: Hi, I have just received this item, delivery was very fast. My only question is that number 1 and 7 don’t sound right at all. Please help

Unfortunately, this can happen. The professional drums sell for hundreds and thousands any drum under 50 may have a key or keys with sounds that don't travel. I have 2 that don't sound beautiful. You can look on YouTube or the internet to see how to tune it.
