Perfect for searing a single steak directly over the chimney starter

I've used this product at least 4 dozen times in the past 16 months - mainly for burgers and sous vide steak. The handle popped off and had to be glued back in place a few times. It is reasonably sturdy and easy to clean, but a more securely attached handle would be appreciated.

The first purchase, the handle was not connected. Sent it back. The second one is working great!

Does what you expect Cons The main con is that this brand's Chimney of Insanity, a terrific chimney, is too narrow for big ribeyes. Do i buy another chimney??Pictures show competitors wider chimneys It is a little awkward to flip a big steak The grate will heatup and burn grate marks on meat. (Pro or con depending on preference) I might prefer a clamshell. Also creates flame ups. I like charcoal but the weed burner, searzall, torch may still be better. I would like to see a top down charcoal searing device

Food sticks no matter what u do to it. But I do recommend it’s very hard to clean
