It arrived and was exactly what was described. It steamed the cups clean. Came with 2 extra cups and was done in 10 minutes. (Make sure to set a timer and turn off after, it doesn't turn off by itself.) I have diva cups as well as the disc cups. The disc cups have to be folded a little to fit but they do sanitize the same and the lid snaps on just fine. Would buy again but don't need another and i would recommend 👌

Okay, now that I'm in my 3rd cycle, I can give my honest opinion about this product. 1. Love it comes with 2 different sized cups. 2. Love it comes with this sterilizer. My recommendation is a 10..... I've had ZERO cramps.....ZERO leaks.... ZERO symptoms of period in pelvic area. Tampons left me SO crampy and most of the time I know they are there, I was so uncomfortable, always going to the bathroom changing tampons because I thought I was soon to be leaking, I was wasting products then saving to be honest. Pads in my opinion are messy, who wants to deal with a murder scene every month. I found this product out of curiosity. Most women are afraid to use this type of product because they are afraid they can't get it out and it's going to be stuck. No ma'am it cannot be stuck ever. If you ever have a issue getting it out just push the cup together and break the seal. I promise you it will come out. This cup is 100% comfortable... infact I forgot it was there and if it wasn't for my alarm (to clean it) I would have forgot it was there. Highly recommend 10 out of 10. YOU NEED THIS

This is great. Love the streamer. Makes it easy to sanitize instead of boiling on the stove top. The only thing is I had a previous cup and I've had 2 kids, natural and c section, and I used the smaller one. The large one is pretty big. The small one is also pretty big compared to the one i has before. Also the material is pretty thick so flexible but the old one i had was thinner and more flexible. I gatta say tho im not sure if it's cuz it's not a flimsy that I actually didn't have accidents like I did with the old one

My biggest complaint is also my only complaint- I wish the steamer automatically shut off after the recommended amount of time, or after an extended amount of time (feels like that could very easily be a fire hazard that it doesn’t) Cups are great (thicker than others I’ve used!) and I appreciate how long the tail is on them for removal (makes it a lot easier!!) overall I am happy with these and the included steamer. I just wish it automatically turned off

I am an experienced cup user for over 5 years now! I have tried quite a few brands! I recently moved and couldn’t find my regular cup so ordered whatever Amazon had available for same day delivery. I figured if I didn’t like the cup I still wanted the steamer as it’s the first time i’ve seen one! I REALLY like both items!! Of course delivery was fast, nice packaging... i immediately opened, boiled and steamed the cup for use!! I like that the cup is wide for heavy 1st day, SOFT but the ring is slightly thicker and firm to stay in place, easy to insert and pop open, and it makes it easy to remove without spilling!!! This is by far my favorite most comfortable cup!!!! The steamer is a PLUS!! i think every cup owner should have one!! it’s so convenient for making sure your cup is cleaned and steriized for every use. I’ve paid more for just a cup so it was like getting the steamer for free!! I NEVER write reviews nor am I being offered any discounts for this one!! I was compelled to share my excitement for the bargain and super pleased with the cup!!! It fits like a glove and feels like it’s not even there!!!!!

Haven't used a menstrual cup as much so I need more practice. Items came packaged nicely, didn't think the cups would come in a plastic bag, had a notable smell to them but I assume will wash off in time. Tested out one cup in the sterilizer, easy to use one button. The machine is not automatic so please remember to turn it off once you don't hear water boiling or see steam anymore. The cups themselves are nice came in a pair one small one a lil bigger, the holes seemed a bit tiny to me but the air puffed out fine when squeezed. The instructions says it turns off once it reaches a certain temperature so I'm assuming that's when the water is boiled out but we don't know what that temperature is. Well I turned it off after realizing it didn't stop and I noticed the color change of the hot plate inside. Of course this happens to any hot plate that gets hot but I'm just a little concerned about it with a menstrual cup as the color like burns rubs off. Uncertain of hygiene at this point.

The steamer works great, and doesn't feel cheap. The cups themselves are super comfortable and work great. The reviews weren't lying.

I have always used the Diva Cup, but wanted a sterilizer, so I ordered this set. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable/comparable the cups are to the Diva, and I have switched over to these entirely now. I've tried other brands of soft cups and not liked them, but these are great. The steamer is very easy to use, runs quietly, and is also a nice sanitary place to store your menstrual cups when not in use. You cannot beat this price for two cups AND a sterilizer!

I had been using different cups for years and I paused using for quite a long time due to the pregnancy. The problem of these cups I think is the material- the silicone is too hard- which means they are not easy to open and start suctioning when you insert it. I have tried few days and the issue is still the same. The steamer works fine but don’t leave the plug on the wall outlet as it seemed automatically turning off but it’s not- it was jumping back to power on later although there’s no water in it. I am happy to keep the steamer sanitizer but I have to look for another cup now.

A good purchase for a first time user

Pros: -the small menstrual cup worked well for me, I didn't have any discomfort or issues with suction or leaking. Cons: - the steamer stopped working after 2 uses even though I followed the instructions. - there is no need for two sizes of menstrual cups, as the large cup was too big and uncomfortable. I'm sure I can use it later on, but two of the same size would be ideal. unfortunately, I am overall really disappointed because I practically spent $50 on a menstrual cup
