A must-have for any 3d printer
If you don't already have a filament dryer, get one. And while you're at it make sure you get this one. I use this filament dryer for every print job. I start it up hours before the print just to make sure the filament is dry and I print straight from the filament dryer. This seems to do a pretty good job at removing moisture. Prints never looked so good.

Works great as a dehydrator
Works great for drying filament, but it doesn't weigh much, and the filament out holes are oddly positioned. I find it binds, then drags the wholesome roll into the printer and damages my motors gear

Great product at a great price
I am very new to the 3d printing world. I was told by a lot of people to make sure my filament was dry. I didn't want to get the most expensive dryer so I found this one that is a really good price. Aside from the price this dryer is very high quality and it works perfectly for keeping my filament nice and dry.

works but controls are annoying
My filament fits and rolls around inside without much friction. The controls are annoying - only two buttons to navigate all the menus and change settings. Normally this doesn't bother me because I just press one of the buttons and the dryer turns on, heats the filament for 6 hours, and turns off, which is what I want it to do 90% of the time (the other 10% I want it to stay on longer, which I can do if I fiddle with the controls for a bit). Would be nice if there was a way to disable the backlight because it's annoyingly bright at night, or maybe there is a way and I need to read the manual again. I like that the buttons are actual buttons and not capacitive regions or membrane switches.

Good filament dehydrator
I print a lot of ABS, and ABS loves to suck all the ambient moisture out of the PNW air I live in. I've been skeptical of these filament-specific dehydrators, but figured I'd give it a go. Now I want to have 2-3 of these on hand so I can have a few live spools out of their bags and ready to use at a moment's notice.I would suggest getting rid of the little nylon collars this comes with and instead just putting a piece of PTFE in the feed hole, fixed in place with some glue or something. Ideally they'd include a grommet that could take a PTFE tube. The little nylon collars slip out of position super easily unless the filament is feeding completely straight. Otherwise, zero problems - being able to set it to 55C and let it run for 6 hours is super convenient and works just about as well as I'd hoped it would.

Poor quality, no warranty service...
Update: I've been forgetting to update this for a while now. After using it only about a dozen times for 8-12 hours each, the fan bearings gave out and made it very noisy. So it lasted less than 6 days of actual use. File a warranty claim you say? I did and only received crickets. Very disappointed. It's even designed in such a way to make it very difficult to work on it without tearing it apart. Poor quality product from a useless company. This Sunlu Filament Drier is really low quality and feels cheap. There are 2 buttons on the front with no markings nor indication of what they do. They could have at the absolute very least put a "T" for temp and an "H" for hours on the buttons. Comes with tiny PTFE tubes without any mention as to what they are for, not even on their YouTube video. There is a plastic plug that is supposed to go in the unused hole, but it is poorly sized and poorly implemented so it constantly falls out.How about turning it off? Well, you have to turn you time down to 0 hrs, 1 hr at a time, then hold the left button to get it to shut down. Most times it is just easier to unplug the darn thing. The instruction are very vague but enough to get you going with regards to what the buttons do, but this doesn't give them a pass for not being marked on the unit itself. The vague instructions tell you to scan a QR code to download the full instructions. Why? You already took the liberty to put a glossy, full color pamphlet in the package. Just give me the last few pieces of information! Like what the extra PTFE tubes are for!The unit falls back if you open the lid without any filament in it. As it heats up, any moisture turns the unit into a sauna because there is no directional air flow into and out of the unit. Meaning for it to work correctly, you would need to open the lid to get some fresh air in there. What I do like is that it says it can go to 55° C which is higher than most at the time of purchase. That said, who knows if it actually goes that high. It looks nice for the most part. I like that they implemented 2 holes for filament to go through as it is nice to have options. I will likely keep both holes open since the plug doesn't stay in place very well in the first place and secondly, the 2nd hole can serve as an outlet for moist air to exit. Time will tell how long it lasts.Ultimately, I regret buying this one and expected better as these have been out for a long time now. :( I only give it 2 stars because it does work.
