I been using this for few months now and when I take it with my pain medication, really can feel the difference, helps with the pain and the stress. But everyone is different, always consult with your doctor.

I purchased this on the recommendation of a friend who had sleep issues. It didn’t work for me.

Strong and Effective
I have severe insomnia. I'm already taking valerian and melatonin, but sleep was not as good a quality as I would have liked. These made a big difference. My dreams are more restful too. It's difficult to find a good source for passion flower. I'm very pleased with these. They are strong though, so a smaller dose might be better for someone with less severe problems.

Love it. First time trying it
Love it. First time trying it. Helps me get a great nights sleep with vivid dreams, which I like. I take it with Valerian root caps about 6 pm with no side effects left over in the morning. Edited 06/22/18: Can someone tell me why the price on these jumped from $6/bottle to $16/bottle since my last order six months ago?
