This is a sturdy stand for large, heavy plates and platters. The look of the stand is simple and fits with almost any type of platter. Very pleased with the purchase.

The design is beautiful. I love how sturdy it is.

I used this stand to display 16x20” metal prints at a vendor booth, but it was constantly falling over. The rounded feet and back look nice aesthetically but were not super stable in the end.

I make shadow boxes of fun outings and events we've done. I wanted to start displaying the most recent on the table in the front hall. My husband has Alzheimer's, and he enjoys seeing them. My shadow boxes are either 1" or 2" and both fit perfectly on this frame. It's sturdy, and, even if the table gets bumped, it doesn't move. It's maybe a bit pricey for a stand, but it's great, it arrived quickly and in good shape, so no real complaints.

When I first saw this holder I didn’t think it would work as good as the other styles or look good. I had read some of the reviews and the pictures helped. The other holders that I looked at the depth was too long and I only had a 5 inch space to work with. I had 3/4 of an inch to spare, so front to back at the bottom it is about 4 1/4 inches. So those that have a tight space, this is perfect. Also, perfect size for my 12 inch plate. So happy I read the other reviews, so thank you to all you who take the time to submit them.

I originally bought two of these to prop up a picture but they were larger than I realized so I kept the second one and used it to display something else. These are very good, heavy and sturdy. Excellent quality.
