Do i apply after i moisturize? i use a snail repair cream, then a wee bit of fractionated coconut, then lotion. would this work after all of that?

All Master Prime products are fantastic for blurring but this particular product is the BEST moisturizer I've ever encountered. Have extremely dry skin and have tried every product known to man. This one feels amazing when you apply it. Let it dry then apply sun screen. No glue like finish. Smooth and ready for makeup. Fantastic product and great Seller.
