I reached out to them to request an update so the counter could include Suriname’s currency (SRD). They were incredibly polite, quick to respond, and the update process was straightforward and seamless. My machine now counts SRD effortlessly! To top it off, I was able to share the update with my friend so he could also enhance his machine. This money counter has exceeded my expectations in both functionality and support. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and versatile money counter! Was on the look out for a money counter that would count the denominations of the bills and provide a report or breakdown if needed of bill qty. We have used various different brands in the past to count our bills, but they would just count the bill quantity and not the denomination amount. Lost track on the number of times we would take stacks of bills to the bank to deposit only to find a 5 dollar bill would be mixed up with a stack of 20 dollar bills etc .... Came across Munbyn brand and not very familiar with this one and was a bit skeptical. There was a coupon at the time so we decided to give a try and if it didn't work we can return it. Well, this worked great! Not only does not count the bills AND denominations, but its 5x faster than the one we had before that just founded the bills. Ran into mixed denominations at least a handful of times and was able to fix it quickly. Even had customers come to us asking for the brand to get one of their own. Highly recommend and will purchase a 2nd one to keep out front.

Stop counting too many times. Bills needs to be perfect, Unwrinkled. If not. Machine will stop in every bill.

It is with great satisfaction that I write this review about the MUNBYN IMC01 Bank Grade Money Counter Machine. The device is very good looking and so easy to use. No learning curve whatsoever. More than that, the tech support from MUNBYN After Sales Team (MAST) is simply outstanding. My processing requirements pushed the IMC01 beyond normal ranges. MAST was always there with very quick and accurate responses. They listened to me and being a Chinese Company I was amazed at the quality and mastery of the English Language. So given the ease of use, the MAST support and a price of under $700.00 you get a lot of Bang-For-The-Buck – Five Stars. It would my pleasure to speak with MUNBYN's potential IMC01 clients any time if they so desire ...

This machine counts very well and the customer service support is great. I needed to add several exotic currencies to the firmware and the customer service send me the file and guided the install. Very happy with the purchase!

In FAQ it says that this machine is programmed for AED currency as well, it’s a false statement. Secondly I tried to use it for USD and it jams a lot, issues with the new bill recognition as well, so you have to go over and over again just to count those final bills. Disappointed… Returned back through Amazon Customer Care and getting my refund soon. Don’t waste your time and money. Just buy something bit more expensive and well known brand.

I’m a Singapore based customer and bought the product recently. Initial impression of the built and craftsmanship of the product it feels pretty robust and well made. After turning on, the rollers and interface of the machine feels pretty top tier. However, there was an issue with the Singaporean currency not being listed. ( it’s not a default currency on the machine ) called the WhatsApp service line and they responded pretty promptly and I now have 9 different currencies from my region in the cash counter. Good stuff.
