This was a vital piece of equipment in my post stroke recovery and has helped walked many miles over country roads and rough terrain. Very ergonomic handle and a good range for height adjustment. Generally a good walking stick if you want a change from the standard pole handles .

I would give it five stars for the price as well is amazing for £10 ish, however the spring doesn't really work that well it's a bit temperamental it's sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't, But it extends and all works and fits tight so good for a walking stick or a hiking pole or even for or tarp Pole , so yeah I would have given it 4.8 but it lost a bit because of the spring not working all of the time maybe it might after a while I've only just received it so if that changes I'll let you know

Purchased this in the hope that a T handle would be more comfortable than the conventional grip on a hiking pole. Much more comfortable and with more reliable gripping. Adjusts well and fits a standard suitcase when fully retracted so travelling is easy. Took it on a trip to Borneo and was very pleased with how it performed.

🤔🤔😀 hmm. Maybe a ladies pole as mine has the name Zoe on it. That's ok. It works fine. Light and tough. Just had a second one delivered, already set up, just needed resizing and ready to go.

Read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. Perfect for me being adjustable and a lovely colour.very supportive and just what I was looking for in a walking stick as I have a painful swollen knee awaiting hospital treatment and wanted something more funky and not make me feel old. I won't mind using this out and about .would recommend

Bought a pair of these to help me cope with my mobility issues after borrowing a second walking stick from a friend at a festival to cope with uneven terrain. Update - the rubber ends have only lasted 2½ months as against my Leki stick where the rubber lasted several years. Leki rubber ends seem to fit these sticks fine so I'll be using them with these sticks going forward I like that they have the option to use as a walking stick, most usesge for me, or extend to be used as a walking pole, which I've not tried yet. In use as a walking stick the handle is less comfortable than the Leki Super Micro I've been using as they are a hard plastic with 'sharp' moulding vs the soft finish rounded moulding of my Leki walking stick and walking poles. A better, smoother design on the handles would have got the full 5 stars. That being said I'd give 6 stars for value and 5 stars for quality
