The media could not be loaded. I was a little nervous buying a name brand bag on AMAZON wasn’t sure how legit it would be. But it exceeded my expectations…it came well packaged and it also came with the authenticity card and tags. It did not come with an extra bag to protect the tote but it didn’t say it in the description it would. So far I love the size ..I bought the large size. I use it as a baby bag lol easier for me to grab what I need. It’s great I love it ! I will say it’s a bit more expensive when buying it through AMAZON since u do receive the bag much faster than ordering it from the main website. And I just bought me a Coach Tote bag but I didn’t buy it through AMAZON it was more expensive ….but that’s just my opinion.

I LOVE this bag!! It holds so many things. I have not had a need to clean it as of yet and I have had it for over 6 months but I think that comes with how you care for it when in use. As for the bag handles, carrying it over the shoulder or arm even when full (as it is used for mainly overnight business trips) it is surprisingly comfortable to carry, I wish it had legs so I could rest it on the ground if I needed to, like when I am at the check in counter at a hotel, but otherwise it is a 10!!

Great bag, fits lots of stuff. Great for work. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because there was a mazapan candy wrapper inside and crumbs.
