I've been making cheese from our goat milk for years. I usually order my cultures on Amazon for convenience. Unfortunate, the last batch of cultures I received were bad. I lost 6 gallons of milk because of the culture being bad. The end product came out yellow and smelling like olives. Guess I'm going to have to order directly from the manufacturer since this vendor didn't store product properly.

Got gun ahy with the last few batches of cheese I made with goats milk. They didnt turn out so well, ao thought I’d try a different brand of culture, wow!! It turned out almost perfect!! So glad I bought it and tried again!!

Purchased as a gift for my son. The item came in time. I would not say that it was as big of a package as I expected, more a small kit, but it was a big hit!
