Hi When it says spray under tongue, does it mean you're to spray the underside of your tongue or just inside your mouth?

directly under the tongue. there are capillaries there that allow the vit d to go directly into the bloodstream, vs anywhere else in the mouth where it will be absorbed via the intestines. the advantage of this is not only direct absorption, but because doing this bypasses going through the liver first (avoiding the portal venous system, which often breaks down vitamins into a form not as readily available to the body). same way when someone's having chest pain they're advised to put the nitro tablet under and only under the tongue.... "sublingual" sub = under, lingual = tongue
