There is no magic pixie dust; however, this stuff really takes the edge off of pain!
After five shoulder surgeries, two knee surgeries, and constant pain in my lower back, my Primary told me to get off the IB,etc. The sweet spot for me is 2 tablets at six in the morning and two tablets at six in the evening. This prevents having to take regular tylenol every four hours day and night. I have been following this Regimen for several years. It beats all of the other things I have tried without all of the side effects! And, I can sleep through the night!
