Yes there are refill sizes. I believe all of the packs come with 1 applicator, but you can search on Amazon, they sell some packs that have 1 applicator and multiple refill cartridges. Q: What do I do with the old stamp? I did the stamp, it stuck there and I expected it to be gone, but a quarter of it is still stuck there a month later.

It is a gel cleansing agent. Just take your toilet bowl brush and scrub it away, then apply a new stamp for the next usage.

Q: Are any of these scents clear? I hate blue toilet water

The gel is clear - only the container/applicator is blue.
