I have done nothing to lose weight...I ate approx 40 white choc mac cookies last week over 7 days etc...snacked like always...ate a bacon cheese burger and fries weekly....and I have lost 10 pound over 28 days. I did not notice anything at first then about 2 week after taking I started to lose weight. I have cut back on the cookies and started kayaking again this week...I am now motivated to drink more water than anything else and I eat better. I was already taking the liquid drops but they are too expensive and I'm glad I found this product. I hope it stays cost effective. It really does curb the appetite and it's good because my med insurance stopped paying for weight management meds. I've been off for two weeks and continued taking this for the last couple of days after the liquid drops ran out. Hunger is still under control. And just like with the drops I seem to be getting good calorie burn according to fitbit.

I'm a 47 year old female who would love to lose 15 pounds. I had high hopes for this. But after about 3 days, I got extremely dizzy and nauseous from taking these pills. Maybe it affects others differently. I tried taking 2 pills together, 2 pills separately, just 1 pill, with food, without food, nothing seemed to work. I even tried taking half a capsule (not easy) in the morning and another half in the afternoon. And I tried this for more than a week. I read that after a week, dizziness from raspberry ketones would subside. Not for me! Every time I ingested this stuff, things became dizzy. I couldn't even exercise. What good is it? Having said that, I am the type of person that gets affected easily by products. I can't take garcinia cambogia either. It gave me abdominal cramps. And I If there is one person who will get car sick or plane sick, it will probably be me. So maybe ketones will work for others. Or maybe a smaller dose like 100 mg. I don't know. Just warning you to please be careful.

I don’t normally write reviews. But for this, I had to! These I have been taking for about 2 weeks now, and they really do curb my appetite with no unwanted side effects! They work as intended as my problem is just too much of portions and night binging but I’ve been able to stop that completely! I’m skk on happy I’ve found This. I will say I eat clean and work out often -5 days a week, and this just helps keep my diet in check and I’m looking smaller all over. Weighed in only one lb lighter but I’m going to continue with this product as I see it met my needs. Thank you! (2 pills a day).
