The call quality was mid and was not working that much. The range was also bad.

I bought this mainly for step and sleep tracking with the watch features being a bonus as well as being able to glance at it for text and email messages.For the first three days, I wore this along with a basic Misfit Flash tracker that I know to be fairly accurate from use over time. I would keep using the Misfit if it had more features and didn't need to replace the battery every 30 days (button type-wasteful)The step counts on this “Popglory Smart Watch” are way over reality:It showed at the end of the day 11,000 +/- steps.Misfit Flash shows 6,700 stepsIphone (not always on me) 5,800 stepsThe sleep showed I went to sleep at 12:30 am instead of 10:59 pm, 1-1/2 hours after I actually had, was up for close to 3 hours in two intervals in the night and slept until 6:30 am when I really got up out of bed at 5:17 am, so no aspect of any of it was accurate. It shows almost no “restful” sleep whereas the Misfit showed 4 hours and 18 minutes of restful.The BP isn't close: as example showed 106/60 when my Omron cuff read 127/67. At the same time, I compared pulse and the watch showed 76 BPM when the BP cuff read 60, so I definitely don't trust the o2Sat either.There are no basic watch faces that are a simple hand clock classic style and are mostly digital, cartoons, holidays, etc..It fails to “wake up” when you tilt your wrist “on purpose” but lights up constantly when your just sitting there not moving it.It ran my battery on my Iphone down quicker during the day with the bluetooth, whereas the Misfit doesn't.I initiated a return thinking they might just tell me to keep it and offer a refund because it has no value, and apply the credit to a Fitbit Versa, but they wanted me to return it, so I packed it back up and printed off the label and drove to town to drop it off at the UPS store.Because of that, I am writing this review so that other people will not waste their time and then also have to hassle with packing it back up and wasting gas dropping it off.I know it's not an Apple watch or even a Fitbit and for the price point, if I could have gotten 6 months to a year out of it, it would be worth it, but not being so inaccurate. That makes it completely useless.

Product is not bad. You are able to calculate a lot of things, which is great. My only issue is that the blood pressure reading is NOT accurate. No matter where i place the watch, it says 120/80 or 131/93. I always checked it against my normal reader and it was always wrong. If the BP reading was anywhere near accurate, I would rate this a 5 star.

This watch is amazing for its functions and price. Still learning how to use some of the many different functions.

This was a gift to my roommate to focus on his blood pressure. He's perfectly ok with it though he doesn't think it's all that reliable, but I personally can't tell you scientifically that it's possible to get an accurate, reliable, or valid BP without a pressure cuff so I wouldn't ever wear it myself!It's a bit large, lights up in the night in bed + is annoying. Looks like a black screen has turned on under the sheet!

I love this watch I even got my son 1
