Due to my irregular work hours, my sleep schedule was completely out of sync, and even when I managed to sleep, the quality was poor. I had dreams but it's a usual for me so I can't comment on it, but I definitely feel refreshed and absolutely without grogginess when I wake up. Just a quick caution: this product isn’t recommended for pregnant women, nursing moms, or those with underlying health issues and do your personal research too. Overall, if you're looking to improve sleep quality and stay asleep longer, I’d recommend giving this a try!

Aviod this smells very bad and they give near expriy product

Please note sometime you may feel dizzy in morning but its totally depends on when you are taking. Take it after 30 mins post dinner and don't go beyond 10pm for best results. Don't consume more than 1 tablet and after consuming the effect starts after 30mins. Note: try to consume for 1 to 2 weeks continuosly and see if the sleep cycle corrects without taking this. Recommended

For the first couple of days when I took it I was slept for the whole day, then I stopped taking it for a week and after that it worked fine. Now I don't feel drowsy after waking up. It helps me sleep almost everytime. I however only take it 1-2 times a week. I don't know it is addictive or not but it definitely works.

It's been more than 1 month since I'm consuming this pill. In the beginning I had a really nice and sound sleep after taking the pill but as days goes by, I was having a disturbed sleep and night full of headaches . And I also notice some rashes on my face and skin as well (if might be a side effects) which never happened with me before. I wasn't sure whether it happened because of the pills but there's not any new things that I have started to consume lately except this. So I'd suggest you not to go for the pills without prescription.
