what is the TPI on this blade?

It alternates between 2 and 3 teeth per inch, VPC (Variable Positive Claw): The VPC is designed for straight-line resawing in small to large boards, kiln and air dry, up to 12” wide. The variable pitch, positive claw, tooth design reduces resonance throughout the blade by using different size teeth, which produces a very clean finish almost polishing the wood as it cuts. Now available in 3/4” and 1” widths.

What is the measurement of the kerf in a hardwood?

The kerf on this blade is .025 inches

What is the difference between this blade 105-3423vpc and blade psw1053423?

Variable positive claw, means distance between teeth varies along the length of the blade. It helps reduce vibration and noise.

Can you use timberwolf blades on a craftsman band saw?

I own a Delta, but, I see no reason it wouldn't work. A band saw is a band saw, irregardless of brand. Make sure you need a 105" blade.
