Can you use with medermaPM overnight cream together? One day use one night use?

Yes you can use prior to using any moisturizer. Apply the scar gel to the scar area twice a day and massage into the scar. Then apply your favorite moisturizer

Can I use aloe Vera gel when using this product?

Certainly, I would not purposely mix the two, but use them at different times.

Does it work for hyperpigmentation

This product was created to improve the look of scarred skin. For Hyperpigmentation, we recommend our Vitamin C Line of products that target this type of skin issue caused by sun and natural aging.

Does this help with mild pitted scars?

Not pitted, but great scar cream! I bought mine from Ulta, but have acne scars and legs from Picking bug bites when I was younger. I’d say I scar Easily, but no oils, or other creams have made a difference, besides DERMA-E. I’m pregnant and feel safe using it. any other cream I had to research. Keep it somewhere you’ll be able to use it without forgetting. I put it by my soap in the bathroom. A few times a day when I went to the bathroom and washed my hands, id put it on. Sensitive skin, had no issues.
