Got this dfor my 4 year old granson. He plays with it for hours. It is durable, easy to operate and it is fast. Would recommend for the kid who loves to make things go fast.

My son has put this car through the ringer in the 2 years he has had it, and it is still going. Battery life is about 30 or 40 minutes even after 2 years. It's fallen down the stairs several times, it's been run off curbs and jumps, and has held up well. It gets up and goes and it goes fast. It has lost its light bar and back bumper/fin thing, but it still goes. One thing we have had trouble with only recently, is the wires on the battery have broken a few times. My dad soldered and taped them back together so it didn't stop it for long though. Also, be careful with the battery connector. It is a bit fragile and tiny and may be hard for small fingers to maneuver. Also something to note. If you happen to lose the screw for the battery compartment, the screws that hold on the light bar are the same kind. We had to steel a couple from there when the compartment one got lost. Overall a fun, fast, durable car. Money well spent for me.

We love this remote control car, it is a lot of fun but definitely more difficult to steer then the usual remote control car. It has sensitive steering but still a lot of fun, just takes some time to get used to. It has managed to hold up well between our son and my husband, lol. The batteries seem to die quick, they last but not as long as we would like.

We have a 6 and 9 year old and both of them loved this RC car. The speed was pretty moderate for the size of the car. It comes with two batteries which I appreciated so my girls could play with it while the other charged. It charges in about 4 hours. It’s fast on gravel and regular asphalt but not as fast in our thick St. Augustine grass. I would recommend playing with it in a parking lot or on a paved area. The little shocks on it made it very durable when crashes occurred. The car itself is made very well. The tires grip well. The kids loved to race each other driving it and running it. The controller is made of cheaper plastic but works well to control the car. The car won’t turn well once the battery starts to die. It is definitely well worth what we paid for it. I would purchase it again.

This is a keeper! I originally got this for one of my kids for Christmas, but I loved the look of it and decided to try it out for myself. It's officially mine, now. Haha....Don't worry...I'll get him one, too. It's tradition! Battery life seems to be really great. I used it for about twenty minutes in the backyard and it was still going strong. Comes with a second battery as well which is really nice. Dual suspension in the front and standard springs in the back. Can get some really cool spins out of this little guy. Overall seems pretty rugged as I ran it into the house a few times and drove it off the curb. A few scratches, but that's just added character. Really pleased with this one. Can't wait to take it out and race the kids when they get to open theirs!

I got this for my son's birthday, and it looks great out of the box. However, the experience ended up being less than satisfactory. The truck performs very well. But... battery life isn't great (15 minutes of continuous use). That might be acceptable at this price point, except that the charging process is pain. You can't charge the battery in the car, it must be removed. This requires removing a small screw, and messing around with a tiny plastic wiring harness. Then the USB charger doesn't tell you when the battery is fully charged, and I don't think it shuts itself off, so the battery gets overcharged (you can feel it get hot if you forget about it and leave it on overnight). So the recharging process is not user friendly. Again, this may be acceptable for the price point, so I wasn't planning on sending it back because of that (and the inclusion of a 2nd battery pack kind of makes up for some of it). However, on the second day of using it lightly (you can't really use it hard because the batteries don't last), it stopped moving forward. Reverse and steering worked fine, but not forward. So it became useless after 2 days. I returned it and will be looking for something else, unfortunately.

Bought this for my 6 & 3 year olds. Fast, responsive, and long lasting. They are really enjoying this toy! Comes with 2 battery packs and a charger. Each pack gives you about 30-40 minutes of play. With both packs charged up your looking at a good hour of fun. There are some minor cons. The control feels cheep. It’s responsive and gets the job done, but the plastic is a bit flimsy. Charging time is long. About 2hrs to fully charge each pack. The car itself is VERY sturdy. They didn’t skimp on that which is most important. Overall, a great buy!

This car is a lot of fun to drive. The control distance is very good. To my surprise the car handles better than I expected. It only has one speed forward and backward. You let on the control throttle and it goes forward one speed. To slow down you let off the throttle and then engage the throttle to speed up. I like getting going fast then apply the break and spin the wheel and watching it spin. The controller is all plastic including the control wheel. I don't think this is good for very little kids because I don't think it's designed for abusive play. You have to be respectful of the controller and the car. For the price less than forty dollars it's a great looking RC car that goes pretty fast and is a lot of fun. To switch the battery you have to unscrew the battery holder each time. I lost the screw and so to keep the batter cover on, I just appied tape. I recommend this toy for the price.

Good size, run fast, 2 batteries, ez to change et recharge. Good charge olding, can play with it for a good 20-30 minutes. Ez to drive for a 7 years old kid.

Nice car but for indoor use ,instructions say don't get wet or snowy don't bang car into anything don't drop.

Whoever screwed the vehicle battery hatch closed used industrial force worthy of NASA or submarine travel - I spent waaaaaaay too long trying to unscrew the safety screw (to prevent kids from eating batteries) before sawing the latch off with a Swiss Army knife. Also, added bonus, screws on both controller & vehicle are non standard sizes, but do not come with their own screwdriver (unlike other RC models). Overall, car is good, great power & intuitive control. Safety latch for car batteries is now gone, but battery stays in place (secured by main latches). My 12 year old loves it (& is old enough to know not to eat batteries lol). Great gift, but Santa spent an hour trying to install batteries:/

Pros: fast Cons: 1. can't control the degree of turning: goes straight, or turns as much as it can; 2. Can't control speed. Stays at one place, or goes full speed; 3. Uncontrollable because of the previous two points; 4. Only back wheels drive: if you are on asphalt it will go. If it is on any other terrain - forget about it. 2 inch young grass and it stops. 5. Not easy to put battery.

Bought this for my kid for Christmas, we didn’t use it until spring and the one front wheel bent to the side really fast. However the seller was wonderful and amended the issue very quick and it was appreciated!
