Unigear Hammock Rain Fly Waterproof Tent Tarp, UV Protection and PU 3000mm Waterproof, Lightweight for Camping, Backpacking and Outdoor Adventure

When we arrived to our tent site on the first day it was pouring rain. Luckily we had this rain fly to put up over our tent as we set it up. It was completely water proof, light weight and strong/ well built. I highly suggest this rain fly for wet environments as well as sun blocking applications!

I purchased this product to create a sunshade outside my west facing screened porch. The coolaroo material for sunshades is a bit heavy and since I wanted to connect it to the soffit and our nearby privacy fence, I needed something lightweight with multiple tie points for thin cords. This product is perfect as it blocks the harsh/blinding sun, but allows diffused light so it has a light and airy effect. It has cooled off our porch by 15 degrees. Five connection points on each length allows for a nice taught shade. It lasted all last season with nearly daily use and is still good to start off this season, but I am starting to see signs of weakening at the tie out seams. The color fades in constant sun, but that doesn't bother me. I bought back-ups for this product as it works so well for my purpose, I have no problem buying a new one every year or two.

This tarp is very durable and well designed. The quality is very doog. But you need to undrstend that this is not a ultralight tarp and you will not take it to the hiking. THis tent is perfect for camping or as sun shelter for the beach. But for bech shelter need to buy a sand poles.

I have been playing with this in the backyard for some days now trying to prepare for a long distance moto trip. The tarp compacts reasonably small, and is of decent (but not great) quality. What do you expect at this price point?I replaced the guy lines and stakes with better, more durable, and reflective ones. But the tarp is useful.

An impressive amount of shade and eyelets all in the right place, guy ropes strong. Also seems to be made of durable stuff. Infinitely better than my last set up. Only issue is pretty flimsy tent pegs, but that's not a deal-breaker. 5/5

Love this tarp! We used it for camping and it is so versatile and much easier to transport than a pop up canopy!

Product came fast and just as expected. Cant wait to take it camping!
