Works great, and it's nice to have a couple of backup ones just in case. I needed it because I have an older car and it only has a USB-A, and I needed a USB-C connection for the smart phone holder/charger I purchased. The cigarette lighter connecter they also supplied was not sufficient!

They work. Seriously, I found myself having to plug a USB-C male connector from a new webcam into my 2016-vintage Dell workstation (USB-A female only). These do the job. Not much more to be said, other than shipping was speedy and they look solid. I expect they'll hold up fine, since I won't be unplugging them often.

I bought a KVM for several old computers. I was able to use these to convert the KVM's USB-C connectors to the old USB-A sockets on the old computers. I haven't had any problems with them.

My iPhone recently stopped charging or connecting to wired car play with USB-A to lightning cables but for whatever reason does charge if I use a USB-C to lightning cable. I have plenty of USB-C to lightning cables and can use those to charge, but my car only has a USB-A port for the wired car play connection which is why I bought this adapter.The adapter seems to be very nice build quality and it is very small. Its basically not noticeable that you are using an adapter. It DID work to charge my phone using USB-A bricks/the USB-A port in my car with a USB-C to lightning cable; however, CarPlay functionality still did not work with this adapter.I only gave it 4 stars because while it does work well for charging, and the design and size are great, it didn't solve my main issue with CarPlay connectivity issues. I am keeping the product because I have plenty of USB-A bricks and plenty of USB-C to lightning cables so I will still be able to use it.

Just got this recently because my laptop only has regular USB ports,but most of my cables and devices use USB-C now.This adapter is small,simple and works great.Super handy to have around!

New IPhone 16 has USB-C cable both ends. Needed adaptor from USB-C to USB -A so phone could talk to computer and also wall charger outlets. These adaptors were great!

Inexpensive and works, but I did not measure or compare charging or data transfer speeds.

These come in handy to be able to plug a "newer" iPhone into a car or computers USB port. Can't beat this price for three of them. Great packaging.
