2 important things to know:
1.Some customers say to use water to get the second handle cover on, but you shouldn’t use water that will be stuck inbetween the handle cover and the metal rod. Instead just use powder…like dusting powder that you would use after a shower, then the handle cover easily twists on.2. I wanted the wheel to have a texture that grips the floor so it doesn’t slide away from me and a good textured grip on the handles. This item has both. That makes this item safer than others.

Love
I love this abb rollor ❤️. Its very stable compared to others, and the handles are very sturdy. It comes with a knee pad which I don't use since I have a carpeted floor, but it's also very nice because the abb rollor slightly slings back when coming back up.

Use water!
Awesome product, but the other handle was a fight to get on properly. Another review said use water. The water helped but you might also take a flathead on the inside to help push it down from behind the grip. Do those while twisting and have the handle on in about 15 minutes.
