Anyone know if these are fuel compatible?

Not sure if I would use these for any kind of fuel. There are rubber o-rings in these push connect fittings that may not hold up to fuel, may deteriorate the rubber at a fast rate

Can you use a 3/8 OD copper tube into the push connector end for plumbing application for a water tight seal?

I believe this type of fitting is meant for a plastic type air/water line...there are other options for copper line compression fittings

Is the o-ring compatible with gasoline? I really need viton/FKM

I would not recommend using these for any gasoline/fuel .. There are other types of quick connect fuel fittings on the market that will be more reliable for your application..👍
