Lamy's 'Studio' Pen
This is my second Lamy. The first is a Safari with a medium nib. For the second, I wanted a pen with a little more heft, and I wanted to try the extra-fine nib. This is a fantastic pen. I had to adjust to the finer nib, but once I did, I loved it. Smooth writing, nice hand-feel, good heft, a beautiful looking pen, as well.Note: I thought mine had a problem at first with the pen cap not staying on the back end of the pen. Someone advised me-- you just need to push down on the cap a little bit when putting it on the end of the pen. It clicks into holding place.

Well Balanced + Lamy Quality
Happy to have this pen. It is more formal, the refillable pistons hold sufficient ink for a full day of writing and the balance is great. I have a Mont Blanc and a Cross higher-end pen each of which cost hundreds of dollars, and neither writes as well as this Studio by Lamy. While this pen writes well, its much cheaper sibling, the Safari, still has the best feel and writing of any of the Lamy pens. The Studio is just much more professional for in-person meetings.

A Stunning Pen, But Packaging Needs a Tune-Up!
I’ve been a long-time fan of LAMY, already owning the Studio Stainless Steel, Safari, Vista, and more. Naturally, I had high expectations for the Studio Glacier EF, and it did not disappoint! The build quality, design, and writing experience are absolutely top-notch—just as I had hoped. However, the excitement dimmed a bit when I opened the box. The packaging arrived crushed, and to make matters worse, the blue ink that was supposed to be included was missing. While I was tempted to dock more stars, the pen itself is simply too good to punish for shipping mishaps. So, while this would have been a 5-star pen, the delivery experience brings it down to 4 stars. A near-perfect writing instrument—if only it had arrived in perfect shape! 🚀✒️

Smooth
I love the Glacier color on this Studio and was able to get it cheaper here than the specialty pen places. I am a huge LAMY fan and also of Pilot. I bought 2 of these (Imperial Blue as well) and the only thing I’m not fond of is that after writing for a while I have the pen slip some because it doesn’t have a bunch of grip depending on how you write. But just like every LAMY pen it’s been a smooth writing experience no matter if I am use BFF a cartridge or bottled ink.

Good pen, poor packaging/seller
I can't properly review this pen, because despite the description (and my expectations and experience with other Lamy purchases from other sellers), this pen _didn't come with any ink cartridge or filler!_It was shipped in a small cardboard Lamy box, large enough to hold just the pen, similar to what you might get if you sent your pen into Lamy for repair. It didn't have the "LAMY T10 blue ink cartridge" the description says it did.It also appears the pen had also been used: There was a small amount of ink residue (observable when pulling the nib and nib case). The pen itself is beautiful: light weight, lovely color, well balanced, and, based on my experience with the same pen in another color and with a F nib, it writes great. If you're looking for a (potentially) used pen that you will fill with your own ink cartridges or fillers, then you can safe a bunch of money buying this. Otherwise, consider buying from another seller.

Even nicer than expected!
I like metal pens. It uncaps and caps in a smooth positive way. The caps holds on the back well, but the pen is long enough or balanced enough that I don't feel the need to for quick notes. I use the "Lamy Z26 Converter" and "Montblanc Permanent Black 107755" ink. It writes a little heavy for EF nib, but it flows so nice and so smooth, it is just great!

Beautiful pen and nib, EF
This is a beautiful pen, the nib is smooth, even though it is extra fine. I have used it with Pilot and Birmingham Ink company inks. Works well with both. Easy to fill, easy to clean.
