Easily dissolves in water if you know the trick. Pour a small amount of water, about equal to the amount of powder you are going to use, and pour it in a small cup. Pour in the powder and slosh it from side to side about 10 sec. Then mix it in whatever. Too much water and it will clump, too little and it will not all get wet.

I wanted to love this product! I was looking for an organic, gluten- and- wheat-free alternative to Benefiber. This had so much promise. It didn't live up to expectations. I put it in water, coffee, and my protein shake, and in all three liquids, this fiber clumped up and refused to dissolve. Only when using a blender did it dissolve in my shake, reluctantly. There was still a bit clumped onto the blades of the blender and sides of the cup. I will not be buying this again. I will now check out Heather's acacia fiber.

It is what it says it is. No strange tastes or odors. I haven't had many problems with it clumping, as some others seem to. I'd recommend not dumping it all at once into a hot beverage as doing so causes the solids to plasticize and cohere when en mass. Do mix this with whatever other powders you might want to add to make cohesion less likely; I mix this into my Inulin/D-Ribose combination powder that I put in my morning warm drink.

Very gentle and easy to use, I add it to green vibrance and drink it every morning

Wasvtrying to replace Benefiber with something more natural. This doesn't disolve, stays lumpy and takes a lot of work to mix up. Not loving it.
