Whirlpool FreshCare BI WDWG 961484 UK Built-in 9/6kg Washer Dryer, 1400rpm, White [Energy Class C]

Terrible product. Within the first 12 months it had 2 call outs from whirlpool as was leaking from the front door. In the second call out they fixed the leak. Just within its 12 month warranty. Fast forward another 6 months. Now out of warranty and it completely stops working. So had to purchase another machine. This be whirlpool was the most expensive washing machine I’ve ever bought. And was absolutly a waste of money! Ended up going with LG with a 5 year parts and labour guarantee. I’d like my money back as what a poor product.

Washer dryer only 3 months old and doors is leacking. Engineer come 2 times and done nothing. I asked to replace as cant use it , no one cares to do anything about it. My kitchen is new and cost £12k now water damaged.

Bought this two weeks ago and hated it almost immediately. All the cycles have drying pre-programmed which is the opposite of what I would expect, I only want to dry bedding and towels so I had to put a stickie on it to remind me not to run through 4:15 hours of drying time, yes over 4 hours. A lot of the usual wash cycles (cottons, mixed, etc) run to almost 3 hours, what on earth is it doing for that long and how much is it costing to run. Amazon as always are amazing and will return it and pick it up. I now need to choose a replacement.

The delivery people were great very helpful and polite. On closer inspection, my plumber noticed this corrosion on top. The nuts and bolts inside also her badly corroded. Let's hope it works!

Excellent washing machine so quiet so modern so posh i am one satisfied customer... go for it guysDid a lot of research but its like 8 kg best integrated washing machine . I am able to wash at midnight as well in my flat as its super quiet 👍👌

The media could not be loaded. Leaking front door. Under warranty replaced it two times. Now it doesn’t close. Panel was dead and they replaced it. Then the central electronic unit was replaced. I’ve got over 18 visits in total under warranty and still going.
