How long can one sit in this chair comfortably? Is it a 6-8hr chair?

Yes, sits comfortable for me 8 to 9 hours a day for the last 3 1/2 months. Seat cushion does not flatten out and lower back support is good. Took a couple of days to dial in the adjustments, which allowed me to custom fit the chair. Also, the seat and back are fabric, which I think is much more comfortable than either vinyl or leather coverings.

What is the weigh limit?

According to the product description on Amazon: "Chair offers a 225 lb. capacity."

Does the seat "rock" position adjust?

There is a lever to tilt the seat. It has two positions: horizontal and angled down about 20degrees.

No. The tilt of the chair can be adjusted but it does not lean back.
