Therefore, this means that the K100 fire blankets are more suited to higher-risk environments (eg. commercial kitchens).

Is this also suitable for wrapping around an adult in case of a clothing fire?

No, this fire blanket is not big enough to be used for a clothing fire. The current British standard (BS EN 1869) states that 'only fire blankets of minimum size 1.2m x 1.8m and above' are suitable for clothing or personnel fires.
