How do we use the 100% lifetime warranty? especially since nestparkproducts.com doesn't exist. i didn't expect a failure in just over a month...

Hello, we purchased ours from The Supermarket - Amazon Marketplace, so when we had trouble with our frother (quite recently, in fact) we contacted them via Amazon. They were very responsive and stood by the lifetime warranty, shipping us out a new one!

Made in China however this is the best one we have found and their guarantee is solid. Great buy for the price. As everywhere China has various qualities.

I'm replacing a 10 year old frother and am finding the new models are so powerful they shoot my drink right up and out my mug! Will this one too?

Only if your glass or mug is already full. You must allow space for the liquid to increase in volume. It is a sturdy frother!

Is it battery operated?

Yes this product takes 2 AAA batteries, unscrew the top and insert both batteries with the plus side down. Also for best results, make sure you are using fresh batteries! :)
