Here size means the power. You may choose ‘0 size’ if u are’nt required to have any power for your eyes or else can choose your own appropriate power according to your doctor referred.

If I use it occasionally, can I use it for more then a month?

Since the product life is only one month, it's not recommended to not use the lens post the expiry date.

Hi dear, lenses are lasting in best condition during 1month after you open them, no matter of how many times you wear.. so you can wear 1time or up to 30times as you want. You can extend duration as long as you feel comfortable, but we don't recommend it for your hygienic wear. Thank you :)
