Great electrolyte powder. It says it’s unflavored, but it has the slightest little taste that isn’t really noticeable. I bought it many times. I highly recommend it.

This electrolyte powder is the only one I have found that has minimum amount of sodium, but with plenty of potassium and magnesium. I don’t know why all the other brands add so much sodium since we already get so much of that in our diet!! I always feel much better after taking this electrolyte supplement and I highly recommend it! I get the unflavored option since I am sensitive to citric acid.

I wanted to try this electrolyte mix because it is unsweetened/unflavored. I had bought some of the others that are flavored which have Stevia and they were much too sweet tasting for me (I've been on Keto and don't eat anything sweet anymore so I'm unconditioned to sweets now). This is a good quality product, it's bland and chalky tasting, but that's to be expected. What I'd like to bring people's attention to is THIS STUFF HAS A LOT OF POTASSIUM in it (1000mg), probably near a therapeutic level dose of it like you'd get from a doctors prescription. There is a reason that most over the counter potassium supplements are only 100mg per pill, because you can overdo it on potassium and have problems if you take too much all at once. I mixed 1 dipper of the powder in a 28 ounce cup and sipped it over a 4 or 5 hour period. I might be overly sensitive to potassium but I felt like it gave me a noticeable blood pressure drop that I wasn't comfortable with. The package has a warning on it to start slow and see how you react to it, and that's a good thing. I STRONLY SUGGEST to anyone using this product DO NOT mix up a glass and chug it down fast. Mix a lighter concentration and sip it over a few hours to see how you react to it. Other that that it seems to be a good product and I will use it up carefully in a more diluted dosage.

My mom unfortunately has dementia and it is often a chore to get her to eat and drink the right things to keep her body going. She recently has been in the hospital with electrolyte imbalance, mostly due to low potassium. She hates the flavor of electrolyte drinks from the store and refuses to touch them. She loves ice cold water and this is easy to sneak right into her water without her even knowing it. The unflavored powder is absolutely flavorless and dissolves quickly in water. I add about a half scoop to her morning water and then another half to her afternoon water. This container should last us a little over a month, give or take. I wish that it was a little bit more affordable for an older person on a fixed budget but at this point, it's going to be a necessity so I will continue getting it for her to keep her healthy.

When I first started using the K1000, I really liked it. I know the containers changed but what did they do to the powder. I thought maybe it was a bad batch but no. I really can't stomach it anymore. Within 15 minutes or less after taking it, I want to throw up. It never did this in the past. I can't get past the heaves on this one and I really tried.

The electrolyte mix itself is a good formulation and for me personally it comes pretty close to the exact sort of support I need on a daily basis. It's worth noting however that you truly are paying for convenience here. The individual ingredients can all be acquired in bulk at a low cost. For an upfront investment, one can make an exact replica of this with whatever adjustments they want, for a tiny fraction of the cost. The catch is if you wanted to produce a large quantity of pre-blended evenly distributed powder, for that you need real equipment and a real investment. Still might be worth considering if you need this regularly, though.

I buy this regularly to get additional electrolytes, but mainly for the potassium. It dissolves easily in anything I put it in, and has no taste or smell. Good quality product. I like that there are no added ingredients like sugar... or anything that has calories or carbs.
