Product arrived promptly. I have only been using it less than 30 days. So far I don’t have a good opinion of the product as far as effectiveness. It does have an odd taste, but can get past that.

I wanted clearer thinking, more brain energy, but that is not what I got. I suspect it is the goto kola. It is sad, because there were positives, but outweighed by the negatives. I have purchased empty capsules and will try a much reduced dose to see if I can have some of the benefits of more mental energy, which I definitely got, along with feeling very motivated to get busy. Heart beat thumping in my chest and feeling totally "wired" was not appreciated. Be careful.

I just started taking this supplement, so it’s too soon to tell the full effects. I appreciate that it’s gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegetarian, and I like the clean ingredient list. Easy to take once daily, and I’m looking forward to seeing results with continued use.

I am not certain if I notice any significant effects yet, but I have only just started taking them. I will in a month two to assess how I feel.
