Bolt Anchors & Ajustment Rail
The only reasons I didn't give this advertised 5 step SS rail 5 stars was #1 the anchors take a 25/64 masonry drill bit to install properly, try finding one. I used a 3/8" with a TON of reaming the holes for a proper anchor fit, #2 the middle horizontal rail is adjustable with a visible threaded type bolt/nut. I have almost 4" of "thread's" showing. IMO the middle rail is 3" to short, I don't know maybe they sent me the wrong middle rail. BTW my application is a 4 concrete step.

Very sturdy but also stylish
Incredibly well made. It came in a smallish box and I was worried wouldn’t be sturdy but it’s really good. Once installed it’s very strong. The ONLY thing - it comes with concrete mounting bolts so if you are using on wood you’ll need to buy extra stainless steel bolts.

Missing/ wrong parts.
4 Stainless steel hardware appears to be too long. One missing it’s supposed to be long. I have to figure out what the length is supposed it doesn’t say in the documentation. I will have to make additional stops to the hardware store.

Beware of a product that states it is applicable for both wood and concrete stairs.
I was expecting a brand new product; however, the vertical supports were repackaged with bubble wrap instead of the shrink wrap. One of the two vertical supports was dented on the bottom section. a couple of the 6 millimeter screws were too short (I had to go to the local hardware store to purchase the correct length screws). The expandable anchors were useless (I had to purchase carriage bolts).

Very expensive for handrails but, well worth the price. It's stylish, elegant, and sturdy. It exhibit a ”wow factor.”

Anchor bolts
Loved everything about this except for the anchor bolts. I ended up buying lead anchors as i was installing them in a concrete stone stairway.
