Should’ve Switched From Leather Years Ago!
I’ve always had a leather executive-style chair, but with the Florida heat and some back pain, I decided it was finally time to try something different. I’m really glad I did. The mesh is a huge improvement for keeping cool, and the chair is extremely comfortable even when I’m sitting in it for long periods of time. The back support is excellent and has made a noticeable difference compared with my old chair. Everything feels sturdy and well made, and the adjustments make it easy to get the chair exactly where I want it. Assembly was straightforward and the instructions were easy to follow. I also really like the overall appearance. It has a clean, modern look, the black color goes with everything, and it looks much nicer in person than I expected. After using it, I honestly don’t see myself going back to a traditional leather office chair. Very happy with the quality, comfort, support, and overall design. Easy 5 stars.

Comfortable. Great Value for money. Easy to assemble. Great customer service.
I've been looking for a new chair to replace a cheap $30 chair i bought off of Amazon last year that had been killing my back and shoulders. I wanted something in the $150-$200 range and settled on the M18. Shipping was a fast 3 days with Prime and the box arrived in great condition. All parts were separately wrapped or in their own boxes. Came with all hardware and nothing was missing. Assembly took me a little longer then normal because i have rotator cuff injury in my left shoulder so that arm is mostly useless. The most difficult part for me was attaching the wheels to the base. Other then that it was simple. Once the chair was assembled i sat in it for the first time and started making my adjustments with the recline feature, armrest level along with the headrest. Next i reached around for the lumbar support knob and tried to adjust it but with my bad shoulder i decided to just get out of the seat and turn it around and adjust it with both hands. After spinning the chair a round to get at the lumbar knob i noticed a large crack in the plastic in the middle of the back of the lumbar plastic piece. I had not made any lumbar adjustments yet so i assumed this is how i received it. The lumbar support comes preinstalled to the backrest so it either was damaged before or during the shipping process. Either way it was damaged before being delivered to me. The lumbar support still functioned properly but it was still broken. I decided to contact Sihoo's customer support that came along with the installation instructions regarding the damaged lumbar piece. I received a reply the next day and after sending them some more info about my order and a couple pics they shipped me a replacement part which took a week to arrive. I swapped out the damaged part and after owning the chair for a week so far i am really happy with my purchase. Im about 5'10 180lbs. At its highest height level my feet reach the ground comfortably flat footed. The backrest fully covers my back and the headrest adjusts very well to sit on the back of my lower head/upper neck. The armrests only go up and down....not forward and back or tilt inwards. This is fine for me as they are grooved to fit your forearm while sitting at your desk/keyboard. The armrests are also a soft cushioned rubber material...not a hard plastic. The mesh of the backrest and headrest are good material and seem well made. The seat is very wide and the cushioning is firm which i prefer. Usually more firm cushioning seems to last longer and hold its form. The base of the chair is VERY sturdy and made of all metal. My chair is on carpet and holds its position very well. As far as recline goes you can set it to recline all the way back, half way or lock the chair in the upright position. You can also adjust the resistance on the reclining feature. So that being said im very happy with my purchase. It arrived with a slight flaw which the company corrected in a fast manor and was very polite in their customer support. I personally don't have a lot of experience with many office chairs and have never used a high end chair($500-$1000+) chair before to make any comparisons. All my chairs for the most part have been from local stores like Staples or Office Depot. Id recommend this over anything they carry in this price range....and i went and looked at their products before buying this chair as well.

A very good chair
A solid and sturdy chair. Good quality. - Seat: height is adjustable. Thick and comfortable. - Armrests: height is adjustable. - Backseat: it reclines well (pulling the level outwards and adjusting the tension knob). - Lumbar support: height is adjustable. depth can be adjusted also, but limited. - headrest: not good. It pushes too much forwards. You can remove it or modify it. I just unscrewed the headrest and put a piece of wood between the headrest and the seat frame. Now it's much more comfortable.

So good
Love this chair. The seat is medium firm. The adjustable headrest is easy to use while on the chair. Love the adjustable back support, definitely my favorite part. The arm rests are also adjustable makes for better typing and alignment. Wheels are great roll well but stays in place, not super sensitive to my floors which is good. Definitely a great buy. And it looks great! I love the white and grey.

Good value
This chair is comfortable. The last office chair I owned, the cushion had began to bottom out so I knew that I wanted to try a mesh chair instead. I was able to snag the B100 at a pretty good deal. Assembly was straight forward and all the nuts and bolts were clearly labeled with the included tools. I'm about 5'6'' at around 200 lbs and I can comfortably sit in this chair for +6 hours. If I really want, I can lean back in the chair and take a small nap in it. The arm rests are solid and I like the back support. I only wish I had gotten the version with the foot rest. Oh well. I recommend this chair to my friends and family and they generally agree with me.

THINK TEN TIMES BEFORE BUYING THIS $300 CHAIR
THINK TEN TIMES BEFORE BUYING THIS $300 CHAIR — UNCOMFORTABLE, POORLY DESIGNED, AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE I sincerely regret purchasing this chair. For approximately $300, I expected a comfortable, ergonomic, durable chair suitable for working from home. Instead, I have been left with an uncomfortable product, hours of wasted time, and a frustrating return process that makes resolving the problem even more expensive. I am not someone who complains unnecessarily. I take care of the things I purchase, follow assembly instructions carefully, and make a genuine effort to understand and use all available adjustments before judging a product. But there is a difference between needing time to adjust to a chair and realizing that the chair itself is poorly designed. THE COMFORT AND ERGONOMICS ARE A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. The seat padding, despite appearing adequate in pictures, is not comfortable enough for extended periods of sitting. The adjustable lumbar support is particularly concerning. Rather than providing comfortable support for the natural curve of the spine, the hard plastic support can feel like a rigid block pressing into the wrong area of the lower back. The limited adjustability makes it difficult to find a position that feels natural and supportive. Leg positioning is another problem. Depending on desk height and chair adjustment, the seat can leave the legs poorly supported, creating uncomfortable pressure beneath the thighs. Anyone buying a chair for working from home should pay close attention to seat depth, lumbar positioning, desk height, and foot support, not simply the appearance of the chair or the advertised ergonomic features. The backrest also does not provide the firm, upright support I expected. Even when the reclining mechanism is locked and the adjustment tightened, the backrest may still give way rather than holding a genuinely upright position. This defeats the purpose of buying a chair advertised for proper posture and support. The height adjustment mechanism is another concern. A loose or wobbly handle and inconsistent adjustments are not what I would expect at this price point. No amount of careful adjustment can compensate for components that feel flimsy or fail to hold their position reliably. The armrests are also disappointing in terms of comfort and durability. Hard surfaces are not pleasant for extended use, and concerns about the covering peeling, tearing, or deteriorating over time make the overall quality even harder to justify. For people who work from home, these are not minor inconveniences. A chair is something you may use for five to eight hours a day, even with regular breaks. Comfort, proper support, stability, and durability matter enormously. A chair that requires additional cushions, a separate footrest, and constant adjustments just to make it tolerable is not delivering the ergonomic experience a buyer reasonably expects. THE ASSEMBLY AND RETURN PROCESS MAKE A BAD PURCHASE EVEN WORSE. I spent nearly TWO HOURS assembling this chair, only to discover that it was uncomfortable and unsuitable for my needs. When I contacted the seller, I hoped for a fair and practical resolution. Instead, I was offered just $20–$30 in compensation. For a $300 purchase, that felt like a lowball offer that did not adequately acknowledge the problem. The return process is equally frustrating. There is no convenient door pickup option. I am expected to disassemble the chair, arrange transportation, and potentially spend another $50 just to get it to a UPS drop-off location. This means investing even more time, effort, and money to resolve a disappointing purchase. Why should a customer who has already spent hundreds of dollars on an uncomfortable product have to shoulder such a substantial additional burden just to return it? THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN JUST AS DISAPPOINTING AS THE PRODUCT. A company demonstrates its values when something goes wrong. Good customer service means listening to the customer and offering a reasonable solution. A token compensation offer that does not meaningfully address the inconvenience, combined with a burdensome return process, leaves a very poor impression. I had read similar negative reviews before purchasing and hoped they were exaggerated. Unfortunately, my own experience has made me understand why other customers were unhappy. I genuinely struggle to understand the overwhelmingly positive reviews when the comfort and practical usability have been so disappointing in my experience. At this price, customers should not have to wonder whether they will need to purchase additional cushions, accessories, or an entirely new chair to get the comfort and support they originally paid for. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS CHAIR: PLEASE THINK TWICE—OR TEN TIMES—BEFORE BUYING IT. Read the negative reviews carefully. Do not be persuaded by attractive product pictures or ergonomic marketing alone. Consider the quality of the lumbar support, seat cushioning, backrest locking mechanism, armrests, height adjustment, and the seller's return policy before committing your money. Your body deserves a chair that provides appropriate support, and your hard-earned money deserves better value. I would much rather invest in a well-built chair that lasts for years than spend hundreds of dollars on one that disappoints and potentially needs replacing far sooner than expected. FINAL VERDICT: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHAIR BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, AND I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN. The uncomfortable design, concerns about build quality, inadequate proposed compensation, and costly, inconvenient return process have made this a thoroughly disappointing purchase. I am posting this review so other buyers can make an informed decision before spending approximately $300 and potentially facing the same frustration. Please do your research, look beyond the five-star ratings, and carefully consider whether this chair is truly worth the money.

Good chair, but the seat is a bit hard
UPDATE 10/10/2026: I’m still using this chair as my main desk chair. I mentioned in my previous update last year that I bought an extra cushion to place onto of the chair seat. So, the cushion has helped, but after some months of daily sitting for work, I have to adjust the cushion to a certain position where it’s hanging a little off the front of the chair seat. It’s a weird position but it’s the most comfortable I can get it using this chair. (I’ll add a picture.) The chair itself is still holding up well which is why I haven’t replaced it, but I have to tighten the arms because they loosen over time and use and I have to oil the bottom part of the seat because it makes a small sound when I get up ( was completely silent when I first got it). Pro: The chair is durable for my size, weight and daily use for work. CON: The cushion seat of the chair is the one and only major CON. If I had known this before purchasing I probably wouldn’t have bought it. UPDATE 9/4/2025: 2.5 Years later… I had to buy a cushion for this chair seat because although The chair is still holding up excellent, the seat is still very firm and too hard for me to sit on for work. It appears that it triggers pain in my sciatic nerve. I like the chair but the cushion of just too hard. The cushion has helped a lot and I bought one here on Amazon (can’t remember the brand right now, but it was a memory foam 22” cushion about 3” in height). UPDATE 12/8/2024: I've had this chair now a little over 1.5 years. I sit in it just about every day for a few hours. This chair is holding up well. It is squeaking a little when I get up, which it wasn't doing when I first bought it. I guess I'll have to figure out where to oil it or tighten it. I still have the tools. I will say AGAIN that the seat of this chair is HARD. I weigh between 175-180lbs and I do have some padding on my bum, but this chair just feels almost like a brick after about an hour of sitting. There is hardly any padding in this chair's seat "cushion". While it is good to get up and move around from sitting for extended time, when I get up, I'm sore and this is very annoying. I'll definitely have to look into buying a high quality one cushion so I don't have to keep replacing a weak cushion for this chair. I can't recommend this chair for comfort for extended sitting if you weigh under 200lbs. Unless you are a lot heavier than I am, you will be sore from sitting in this chair every day for a few hours for work. I won't buy this brand again. I have bought several chairs over the course of my career. NONE of them had seat cushions as firm as this one (not even cheaper ones, this one was $189). When I replaced a chair, it was for better back support, never for it hurting my bum. This purchase has taught me a lesson. Going forward, when I buy the chair to replace this one, my first inspection will be the seat. If the cushion is hard at the onset, I'll be packing the entire chair back up immediately and sending it back to the seller. The "cushion" in this chair isn't comfortable at and it doesn't break in (soften) over time. It's just way too firm (actually HARD) for my liking. ORIGINAL review 4/29/2023: Overall, this chair is great. Very sturdy, quiet, quality chair. The only thing for me is that the seat is a bit harder than I'm used to and can get uncomfortable if sitting too long. I'll get a cushion for the seat, just didn't expect the added expense.

Prima stoel, zit goed
