NeilMed Nasamist Saline Spray with Xylitol, 4.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)

Colorado is known for having dry and dusty air, so it's very common for people to use saline nasal sprays. This product is a bit more moisturizing and has the benefits of xylitol which is known to inhibit bacteria. Very pleasant smell and my nares just feel better after using it.

Bought the extra strength and the one with xylitol all natural with eculipus oil. I've been trying both and I actually love both to the point I'll use it everyday multiple times a day. Nothing else has worked. I use my navage and I'm stuffy 30 minutes later. My passages swell from allergies. Vicks got me addicted until it stopped working. I love the cans they come in. Far better than cheaper normal spray bottles. The perfect mist so I don't drown or it runs back out. I can take a deep breath and wash everything out. I am breathing better now without taking the pills than was rasing my blood pressure than with both it Vicks and that new antihistamine spray put together. It's gental easy to take so I keep it by my side and have beed using it every hour or two. The important part is now I can breathe through my nose for the first time since months

Happy I found this product! I like the ingredients, design and value! Although using the spray nozzle was an adjustment initially, I feel it's more effective than smaller squirt or misting bottles. Great to have on hand for moisturizing nasal passages as needed, also helps keep my sinuses moving.

Not a bad product. I don’t like the smell. It does work though.

This is great stuff. Works well. Doesn't just run out or down your throat. Smells wierd, but that can be expected. Would definitely buy again!

I recently had surgery on the septum and turbinates in my nose. My doctor gave me several items to keep my nose moist and clean during the healing process but they all left a bad taste or were very salty. I was already using a Neil Med saline spray as prescribed but when I saw this product with antibacterial Zylitol I was curious. Not only do I believe this sped up my healing and kept nasty infections at bay better than the antibiotics I was given, but it also smells amazing and the aftertaste that invariably trickled down the back of my throat was slightly sweet. Now that I’ve recovered from surgery without any issues (my surgeon was actually surprised at how far my healing process had progressed), I still use this Zylitol-enhanced version over the standard saline spray. It has become my go-to spray when my nose feels dry and uncomfortable.

Life saver!! The eucalyptus is refreshing,but not over powering.
