Unlock the True Potential of Your Espresso
As an espresso enthusiast, I am always on the lookout for ways to enhance my coffee experience. Third Wave Water's Mineral Enhanced Flavor Optimizing Espresso Machine Water truly impressed me with its ability to elevate the taste and quality of every cup. The convenience of the pre-measured packets for 2 liters of water ensures precision and consistency every time. By using this water, I have noticed a significant improvement in flavor clarity and depth, which can only be achieved with the right mineral balance. It brings out the intricate notes in various coffee beans that I had never experienced before. Additionally, the science behind the mineral blend specifically tailored for espresso has helped in extracting the perfect shot. If you are serious about your espresso, Third Wave Water is an excellent investment that unlocks the true potential of both your beans and your machine. Highly recommended for every coffee aficionado seeking excellence in their daily brew.

Works well
Tastes great, easy to use, just bought a second box.2 points of contention:1: This is supposed to be "totally unable" to produce scale, used properly with distilled or Zero Water. I've noticed where a small water puddle sits next to the drip tray that it goes white and chalky when it dries. Looking in to this a bit further.2: Count your sticks, i only got 19.

Best shot he's ever had
I thought this product had improved my coffee, but was that a case of The Emperor's new clothes? But the guy from my local roastery wanted to see my new Eagle One Prima in a domestic environment. He made himself a shot of their Mexican Moutain Decaf and said it was the best shot he had ever had. His words not mine and that was before he knew it had this product in it, so a blind test; unless it was purely down the the machine - which is marvellous, but I doubt.

It works!
I was quite sceptical but these minerals really make a difference. I don't even add them to distilled water, only to filtered water. The resulting espressos have more body, are fruitier. The difference is very marked. This is quite expensive if you buy the product in sticks but it is possible to buy bags for 60 gallons, which works out very cheaply (just use 1/8 cc for 2l).Apparently the espresso profile is suited to coffee machines because it does not contain any salt (contrary to the 'classic', filter profile) and so is not corrosive. At any rate, it makes a huge difference to the quality of coffee, so well worth it.

ZERO TASTE DIFFERENCE
I've just gotten to the end of my first box, and I won't be buying another. For me it's all emperor's new clothes with this product as it makes zero noticeable difference to the flavour of my coffee.

Really makes a difference
The right mineral composition is important for coffee water. TWW allows you to brew good coffee even if your tap water is too hard or too soft. You can even play around with the dilution ration in case you want to decrease the hardness of the basic recipe they provide. If your local water is not ideal for coffee, TWW is totally worth it.

Game changer for my esspresso machine and coffee
Night and day difference my tap water was to soft and lacked texture . I used a zero water filter to get 0ppm and this made it 150ppm for 2l water . Made the esspresso high definition only way I can explain
