We purchased the projector for community movie nights on a 33’ inflatable screen. Image is nice and clear at dusk. Can still see screensaver faintly even around 4:30 in the afternoon when there is still a lot of day light. Very nice! My old one I had to wait to align and program until dark but not with this one.Update: So after a few movie nights I did notice the contrast could be better which is some of the complaints about this projector however it is still very usable as is and has a nice bright clear picture.My biggest complaint is, when I bought the projector the description spoke about the projector having screen warping settings which helps orient the picture properly if the projector is not perfectly centered on the screen. It does NOT have that function. You only get lense shift up and down and left and right, no warping adjustments though which is frustrating. I pulled up the manual and did a search in it as well and it mentions nothing on that too.Update 2: After testing a couple other films I decided to send it back. While the picture is bright enough there are many times in anything that’s not animated (pretty much any real life film) that there is not enough contrast in the images resulting in an image that’s not amazing for the price of the projector.You can still see the image but for instance in dark scenes there is not a lot of separation in the shades of colors resulting in images that look a lot darker than they should.We decided to send the projector back and find one that has higher contrast for our needs along with the brightness this projector offers.

i was skeptical about a 'Laser' Projector with no way of changing the 'Bulb'. Yet 20,000 hours is quite a bit of time. Purchased a second one for another project!Update: I have purchased 2 of these and each one, as it approached the end of a 3 year warranty, developed about 100 Dead Pixel's. One I was able to have repaired via Asurion. The other was just out of warranty and LG does NOT honor any type of Dead Pixel Policy as others do. So disappointing when you spend close to $7000 at the time for 2.
