This is a well-made high quality vest harness for small dogs. My dog is about 14 or 15 lb and she wears a size medium. Her build is long-legged and fairly lean. This vest fits her perfectly without much room to spare around her chest. The velcro is stitched down firmly, the buckle is slightly larger than some I've had and easier for my fingers to fasten and unfasten. The hardware pieces are standard metal (steel?) d-rings. The color is exactly as pictured, and the reflective shoulder straps are effective in the dark. Use the size chart and measure your dog carefully, because these vests are not one size fit. All. It's a great product.

I have ordered and returned several harnesses for my 14.5 Shih Tzu mix because the fit was completely "off" from what the size charts stated. And yes, I measured my pup correctly.This Voyager brand arrived yesterday, I again followed their size chart, and the fit is spot on! It's easy for her to step into and out of, appears durable, and is very easy to secure. It's a win! And because they come in so many different colors I plan to order a few more to expand her harness wardrobe. Thanks!

This is a great harness! In fact it’s my second experience with this brand. My dog outgrew the first one but it still looks like new. I like the breathable material and it is so easy to use. You have a little room with the Velcro to tighten it up, but not much so you should measure your dog before buying it. The clip is easy to open/close too. I would recommend this for any dog! It’s so much better for dogs compared to a collar. Love this!

This is an update on the durability of the harness after washing it. I wanted to see what was going to happen after I washed it a couple times because the fabric on previous harnesses would start to wear, the seams have frayed, and the stitching has come apart. Well, I've washed the harness 9 times now and it's like it was when I bought it with the addition of a bunch of my dog's hair stuck on it which is what usually happens. So it is very durable, and I would definitely buy it again.Decided to try this harness because my dog is always in between sizes in regard to the harnesses that go on over the head. So the small is way too small and the medium kind of hangs on her. So I bought two harnesses (One medium for my 13 lb Chihuahua mix and a small for my boyfriend's 10 lb poodle mix) and both fit perfectly. Both dogs had the harness that goes over the head and my dog was used to it but my boyfriend's dog did not like it so this is perfect for him. The harness is really easy to get on and off and my dog doesn't pull as much with this harness which is a big plus. Not sure about the durability because I wash my dogs harness and leash every time she gets a bath so time will tell.

This is the best small dog harness I have ever owned, and as a recidivist senior dog adopter I have owned a lot of harnesses, always trying for a perfect combination of comfort for the pup and ease for me. My little guy is a Chiweenie, which means he is hard to fit: steep chest, small middle, long neck. This harness fits well and the material has the right amount of stretch to mold to his body comfortably. It’s also very soft and breathable.He’s blind, so when he has his walks he needs a little sudden steering sometimes and a little lift for going up curbs. Because of the ample support he gets from the broad cut of the harness under his chest, when I pull him up or to left and right a little, the harness doesn’t cut into him the way his former harness, with its thin straps, did.He is currently recovering from surgery. I can safely leave the harness on him when he’s napping during the day or down for the night so that when he suddenly has to “go” I can just quickly attach the leash and take him out. Getting him into it is easy and fast—I just set out it flat on the floor, set him down with his front legs in the large openings for his legs, and quickly bring the Velcro’d top part up and connect. The Velcro is ample and well attached to the harness (this is a sore point with me with many pet products—Velcro is so often sloppy, badly attached, too narrow so you have to be fiddling with it while your dog attempts escapes, etc.). The edges of the harness are well padded so it doesn’t put pressure on the pup in any position.I got a medium for my deep-chested 14 lb guy in the purple color which is very rich. I could not be happier with this product. Buy it! You won’t be sorry.

Perfect! I have been looking for a harness with no straps and adjustable buckles. My 14 lb min-pin-pom is fine boned and slender. The straps on most harnesses annoy her and she chews them when we stop walking even for a minute. Because of this she has gotten loose and is away like a bullet but fortunately just as fast in returning.I feel she is finally safe in the Voyager! She has shown no discomfort! It is easy to put on with a sturdy buckle which secures the already substantial Velcro closure for the harness. The sizing is dead on. The medium fits her perfectly. I love all the color choices and will be buying more!

Very cute. Well made. I've bought these before and they wash well and hold up well. Runs a little small. My 20 pound spaniel needs a large. No way medium fits him.

The material felt stiff and plasticy to me even after washing. It runs quite small.
