The electric kettle was exactly what I wanted. I was looking for the red one, glass, 1.7 L . The one I’ve got is inexpensive, heating fast, shutting off automatically, and has a nice feature of bright blue light while brewing. Love it!

Liking this teakettle. It does boil very very vigorously, so do not overfill it. Spout is wide, but easy to get used to it.

What a fun appliance to have in the kitchen that lights up when hot water is made. I've had now for over a year and it is still going strong.

Have not used yet but I know it will work just fine and I love the red because my other small kitchen appliances are also red. I am hoping this kettle will last longer than the previous four (4) I used over the past 4 years. First one died but was replaced under warranty, replacement died approx. 6 mos. later - not under warranty so SOL. Retrieved an electric kettle from storage and it also died about 3-4 mos. later. Purchased a different mfg. kettle in November, 2023 and it died this July and now I have a new one. I will unplug the unit when not in use and be vigilant in cleaning when needed. Fingers crossed.
