No, our kangaroo pump is far too big to fit in the smaller front compartment

The backpack can be used for NG feeding tube, fits 500mL feeding bag sets.

Does it have strsps that wrap around to secure bag?

No there is a clip inside but other than that it don’t have anything inside to hold the bag still to prevent leaks
