Chlorine Dioxide will not bleach or damage fabrics. It is a gas trapped in water and acts very differently than bleach.

Can this be used in foggers?

I don’t know the answer to that question but I will say I absolutely DO NOT recognize this product. It never seemed legit. Never seemed to clean.

Is it safe around small pets?

Yes as long as they don’t ingest it .

What can u spray in your yard to kill parvo?

Bleach one cup of bleach for every gallon of water it will kill most of your lawn but it will kill the parvo as well
